This has been the most challenging year since The Great Out-tours was established in 2011! It has been the MOST REWARDING TOO??

😔 2020 and the Covid-19 pandemic/unavoidable lockdown constraints, has seen our revenues reduced by 80%.

🎯 Under extraordinary pressures, in March 2020, our UK team and I made a strategic decision to re-purpose our 'face-to-face' offerings, and research/develop/launch a digital 'Four Seasons Online Actvity Programme'.

⏳ This we did at pace and it went live on 7th April 2020.

📋 As a united team, we continued the development and content of the digital innovation. It has since prevailed, with many adults in care/supported living and primary age children, enjoying its vibrant content.

🏆 We decided to enter our organisation once more to the Rural Business Awards (the UK's largest Rural awarding body), using the 'online activity programme' as the focal element of our entry. This year, due to unprecedented circumstances, the entry process did not go via regional award shortlist channels, focusing on selection of organisations from ONE UK NATIONWIDE pool.

😀 We have just learnt that The Great Out-tours have been shortlisted from HUNDREDS of esteemed UK businesses, to contest 'Best Rural Professional Services Business-2020/21' on 25 February 2021.
